We are having one more introduction to acro yoga for Beginners. We will teach foundation, calibration, consent and basic postures.
And then, the following week we will have an acroyoga module / course. So that people can up-skill and improve.
Introduction to Acroyoga Class:

Learn foundation of acro, how to safely fly, spot and base, improve your strength and flexibility and be part of a fun community.
If you are looking at starting the year 2023 fit as, join our acroyoga class. This practice is designed to reach everyone: old and young, tall and short, fit and not-so-fit.
Such a fun acrobatic activity to do with a buddy you know or with someone new.
After the intro class we will teach the flow (see video)
Duration: A 4-week Module Course
1st week:  Tuesday 7th Feb 7pm -8:30pm
2nd week: Tuesday 14th Feb 7pm-8:30pm
3rd week: Tuesday 21st Feb 7pm – 8:30pm 
4th week: Tuesday 28th Feb 7pm – 8:30pm
Learn a beautiful easy-challenging acroyoga flow designed for Beginners. All the postures will be taught with spotting and we are sure you WILL all do it by the end of the 4 weeks.
