The 2023 Gisborne/Tairāwhiti Carnival returns to Midway and Waikanae Beaches 12-14 January 2023.
The Local Champs welcomes athletes from across NZ, while the Gisborne Clubs contest the The Ralph Morse Shield to crown the top senior club for 2023.
