These three workshops are aimed at foundation/development coaches and will provide information and resources to add to your coaching kete/toolbox!
From ways of understanding your athlete and becoming a coach that cares; to using questioning and listening as a tool to provide your athletes with more learning opportunities; to reviewing and reflecting to maintain a climate of development and become a better coach!
Workshop #1: Whanaungatanga/Getting to know your athlete — Wednesday 1 June, 5.30pm-7pm
Workshop #2: Questioning/Active Listening — Wednesday 6 July, 5.30pm-7pm
Workshop #3: Self-Reflection/Reviewing — Wednesday 3 August, 5.30pm-7pm.
The venue for all three workshops will be Waikanae Surf Lifesaving clubrooms.
