Like to meditate but not sure where to start – In person? In a group? Silent meditation? Guided meditation? Have a meditation practice but it isn’t really working? Want to learn how to breathe correctly? Just curious? After a hiatus during 2022 the 6-week Meditation Course is back! These Monday night sessions are held in-person. Spaces are limited. Suitable for absolute beginners as well as regular meditators and covers guided breathing techniques to balance, calm and energise, as well as meditation techniques to help with focus.
