Pilates mat classes are an excellent supplementary workout to running as they help build overall body strength & muscle tone, flexibility, balance & coordination. Maria is a qualified Pilates instructor with a passion for running. Please bring your own exercise mat, a towel & wear comfortable exercise clothes.
