When: Friday 27th August, Powhiri 5pm -9pm Saturday 28th August 9am – 6pm Sunday 29th 9am to 1pm.
Where: Hinerupe Marae, Te Araroa, whanau are welcome to stay at the marae.
What is Moko Turongo?
Moko Turongo has been holding wananga since early 2016 in Tairawhiti empowering those affected and going through whakamomori.
Moko Turongo is hope, a voice, peace, aroha understanding, a space to tell your story, a space to learn and a space to grow, we cry, we laugh, most importantly Moko Turongo is a safe space to heal.
Nau mai haere mai whanau!! Let’s heal together and grow!!
There is no cost to attend Moko Turongo and experience all that it has to offer; all you have to do is be there!!
