Event Details

He Awa Ora, He Tai Ora, Healthy Rivers, Living Sea Education Trust, Experiencing Marine Reserves (EMR) and the Department of Conservation invite you to join us for a snorkel on the reef at Te Tapuwae o Rongokako Marine Reserve with experienced EMR snorkel instructors to guide you.
Explore our unique coastal environment in it’s natural, untouched state and discover the biodiversity in this fully protected area.
Simply turn up on the day just before 11am to be a part of the snorkeling group.
All children must be accompanied by an adult for all activities during this event.
– FREE HIRE of all equipment such as wetsuits, fins, masks and snorkels or BYO
– Sausage sizzle provided by DoC and/or BYO Lunch
– Donations/koha welcome
